Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
Add the softened cream cheese to the chicken mixture and mix thoroughly until creamy and evenly blended.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the buffalo sauce if you prefer it spicier.
Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Lightly brush each tortilla with olive oil for added flavor and flexibility.
Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture among the tortillas, leaving about an inch of space from the edges.
Top the chicken mixture with shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles if desired.
Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends as you go, to create a wrap.
Optional: Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Once finished, slice wraps in half diagonally and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
