Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and finely chopped onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the chicken mixture and combine everything thoroughly using your hands or a spatula until well mixed.
Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Spread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf for a flavorful glaze.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Once done, let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing to ensure it holds together.
Notes
Slice the meatloaf and serve on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley, alongside roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a colorful presentation.
