Instructions
If using fresh cranberries, rinse and sort them. If using frozen, thaw them out and drain excess moisture.
In a blender or food processor, combine the cranberries, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. You can adjust the heat by adding more or less jalapeño according to your preference.
Taste and adjust sweetness or seasoning if necessary, then pulse again to combine.
Transfer the dip into a serving bowl. If desired, fold in the chopped cilantro for an extra burst of freshness.
Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks for dipping!
Notes
Adjust the heat level by varying the amount of jalapeño used.
