to tastesesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, mix sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.
In a large wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the marinated beef to the hot pan in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir continuously for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Next, add the broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are vibrant in color and tender-crisp.
Return the cooked beef to the pan with the vegetables. Add the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Spoon the stir-fry over a bed of cooked rice or quinoa. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute beef with tofu and use hoisin sauce instead of oyster sauce.
