Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and chopped onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, dried thyme, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Pour the egg mixture into the meat mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
