cooked white rice

ground beef (or turkey)

taco seasoning

can (15 oz)
black beans, drained and rinsed

corn (frozen or canned)

diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

shredded cheddar cheese

lettuce, shredded

sour cream

Doritos (crushed, any flavor you prefer)

jalapeño

Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the taco seasoning to the meat, along with 2/3 cup of water. Stir and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked white rice, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Stir well to combine.
Layer the rice mixture on the bottom of serving bowls.
Top the rice mixture with the seasoned meat.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the meat.
Add shredded lettuce, dollops of sour cream, and slices of jalapeño, if using.
Finish by adding a generous handful of crushed Doritos on top for a delightful crunch.
Garnish with fresh cilantro for an extra pop of flavor.
