Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Thighs

Instructions
Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot. Pour the sautéed garlic over the chicken.
In a separate bowl, mix together chicken broth, heavy cream, and dried Italian herbs. Pour this mixture over the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the chicken and liquid mixture.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Once done, carefully remove the chicken thighs. Drizzle the sauce from the crockpot over them and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
Using bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs enhances the flavor.
