Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, dried Italian herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth to create the creamy garlic sauce.
Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated in the sauce. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
If using skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning on the grill. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and transfer to a plate. Drizzle any remaining creamy garlic sauce over the chicken bites and garnish with fresh parsley.
