Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter with chopped cranberries, fresh sage, honey, and sea salt.
Using a fork or a spatula, thoroughly mix the ingredients until well incorporated.
Add the orange zest last and fold it in gently to maintain some texture from the cranberries.
On a sheet of parchment paper, spoon the butter mixture in the center and roll it into a log shape, twisting the ends to seal.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the butter is firm and set.
Once set, slice into rounds and serve.
