While the meatballs are baking, prepare the cranberry sauce by combining the cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until heated through and well combined.
Once the meatballs are ready, place them in a large serving bowl and pour the warm cranberry sauce over them, tossing gently to coat.
