Instructions

Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated and the mixture is fluffy.
Transfer the peanut butter mixture to a serving dish and spread it evenly.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading it gently to cover the surface completely.
Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up slightly.
Serve the Buckeye Dip chilled, accompanied by graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for dipping.
