Ingredients
2
cups
vanilla ice cream
1
cup
milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
1/4
cup
activated charcoal powder
2
tablespoons
chocolate syrup (dark or regular)
1
tablespoon
black sesame paste (optional for nutty flavor)
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
to taste
whipped cream for topping
to taste
edible black glitter or sprinkles (for decoration)
to taste
Halloween-themed candies (like gummy worms or chocolate spiders) for garnish
Instructions
In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, activated charcoal powder, chocolate syrup, black sesame paste, and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring that the charcoal and chocolate are well incorporated, giving the milkshake a deep black color.
Taste the milkshake and adjust sweetness by adding more chocolate syrup if desired.
Pour the milkshake into tall glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
Top each glass with a generous swirl of whipped cream, then sprinkle edible black glitter or sprinkles on top.
For added Halloween flair, place a few Halloween-themed candies on the whipped cream or rim the glass with chocolate syrup and dip it into sprinkles.
Serve immediately with a straw for sipping and enjoy your spooky treat!
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use almond milk instead of regular milk.
